Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Rolewize, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet your needs. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully:
Refunds are only available for purchases made within 14 days of the transaction date. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used any of the purchased email credits or sent any emails using our platform. Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be considered.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at connect@rolewize.comwith your order details, including the transaction ID and the reason for the refund request. Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days. If you do not receive the refund within the specified time, please contact your bank or payment provider.
Any used email credits or services that have been partially or fully utilized are non-refundable. Promotional offers, discounts, or any special packages are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please log in to your account and navigate to the subscription settings, where you can follow the prompts to cancel your plan. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of that period. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing period after a cancellation.
If you wish to deactivate your account entirely, please contact our support team at connect@rolewize.com. Please note that account deactivation is irreversible. All data, including email credits and account information, will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or feature at any time, with or without notice. In such cases, if you have already paid for a service that is discontinued, we will offer a prorated refund for the unused portion.
Our services are based on a subscription model with auto-renewal. If you do not wish to continue the subscription, you must cancel it before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
