1. Subscriptions (Pro Monthly / Pro Annual)
- Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
- Accidental renewal: Contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.
2. Month Pass
- One-time purchase. Non-refundable after use.
- If you haven't used any Pro features (fit checks, resume generation, or more than 5 chat messages), contact us within 48 hours for a refund.
3. Free Trial
- No charge during the 7-day trial period.
- Forgot to cancel and got charged? Contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.
- After 48 hours, the standard subscription cancellation policy applies.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@rolewize.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
Use the subject line: “Refund Request”
5. Processing Time
- We review refund requests within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
