Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rolewize (rolewize.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

Rolewize is a career-to-role fit platform. We help you:

• Build a structured professional profile through conversation
• Analyze your fit for specific roles using job descriptions
• Generate tailored, evidence-based resumes
• Identify skill gaps for target roles

We are not a job board, recruitment agency, staffing firm, or resume writing service. We don't find jobs for you. We help you understand your fit for roles you're considering.

• You must provide accurate, current information
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• One account per person
• You must be at least 16 years old
• You must not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent

• Paid plans are billed through Razorpay
• Prices vary by country (detected at signup or set in your profile)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time from your Settings page
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Month Pass is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal

• A 7-day free trial is available for the Pro plan
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial
• If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid Pro plan
• You can cancel the trial at any time from your Settings page

You agree NOT to:

• Create misleading or fraudulent resume content
• Fabricate qualifications, work experience, or credentials
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the platform
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform

• The Rolewize platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is our property
• Content you provide (profile data, work history, uploaded resumes) remains yours
• Content generated by our AI (tailored resumes, fit analyses) is licensed to you for personal use
• You grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the service
• You may not claim AI-generated content was written by our team or represents our professional opinion

• Fit analyses, resumes, and recommendations are generated using AI
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors
• You are fully responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated resumes will lead to interviews or job offers
• Fit scores are estimates based on available data, not guarantees of hiring outcomes

• Rolewize is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for job application outcomes, interview results, or hiring decisions
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for outages or errors caused by third-party services (Azure OpenAI, Razorpay, MongoDB Atlas, etc.)

• No guarantee of specific outcomes (interviews, offers, salary levels)
• Fit scores are analytical estimates, not predictions
• Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (deleted within 30 days)

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
